“2017 China Arbitration Week Arbitration Moot Court – Hebei Session” was held in Hebei Normal University on 22 September 2017.  The event was hosted by CIETAC, CCPIT Hebei Sub-council and Hebei Lawyers Association, organized by Hebei Office of CIETAC and relevant committee of Hebei Lawyers Association, and assisted by College of Law and Politics and Hebei University of Economics and Business Law School.

Mr. CHEN Fayun, partner of Grandall Nanjing Office and senior arbitrator of CIETAC, delivered a speech themed “Status and Function of China Lawyers in Cross-border Arbitration and Litigation” during the event.

China Arbitration Week is an annual event held in September each year, which is jointly initiated by CIETAC, Renmin University of China, All China Lawyers Association, and Beijing Lawyers Association so as to enhance internalization of arbitration, to promote corresponding education, and to cultivate arbitration talents with international level. It’s not only a nation-wide but a world-wide platform for communication, research and study of arbitration.
