Lv Hongbing Appointed as M&A and Reorganization Expert Consultation Committee of CSRC
May 4, 2012 - Beijing, China - The conference on the establishment of 4th M&A and Reorganization Committee and 2nd Expert Consultation Committee was held in Beijing on May4, 2012. Mr. Zhuang Xinyi, Deputy Chief of the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") announced the decision on the appointed members for the said committees.
Mr. Lv Hongbing, Chief Executive Partner of Grandall, has been appointed as an expert committee of M&A and Reorganization Expert Consultation Committee and obtained the Letter of Appointment from Mr. Guo Shuqing, Chairman of the CSRC.
Other notable individuals that had been appointed to the panel include Mr. Ba Shusong (finance expert), Mr. Yu Ning (prominent lawyer), Mr. Xu Xiaonian (famous professor) as well as other leaders and experts from the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, CSRC and the Supreme People's Court.
