GMTECH's Issuance of Corporate Bond Approved by CSRC - Grandall Shanghai Office Acted as Issuer's Counsel
July 1, 2011 - Shanghai, China - The application for the issuance of corporate bond of Guomai Technologies Inc. (“GMTECH”, Code: 002093 ) has been passed and approved without strings by the Securities Public Offering Examination and Approval Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) on June 22, 2011.
The aggregate principle amount of the bond offered by GMTECH is not more than RMB400 million. The funds is raised for the purposes of repaying the bank loan for additional working capital.
Grandall Shanghai Office has been retained as the Issuer’s Counsel. Mr. Sun Li and Mr. Tang Yinfeng are the key Grandall attorneys servicing GMTECH.
