Mr. Jin has engaged in legal practices for over 17 years, thus enjoying rich professional experience and specializing in litigation or non-litigation concerning corporate law, M&A, foreign legal services, intellectual property rights etc.;
Acting as the legal adviser for dozens of enterprises, including large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, foreign companies, private and high-tech enterprises, as well as many of the Chinese investment adviser for Fortune 500 companies and enjoying a high reputation among Chinese and foreign customers for his diligence, responsibility, honesty and efficiency;
Presiding over or involved in many corporate equity and asset acquisitions, large-scale cooperation, and negotiation projects;
Offering full legal services for a number of foreign-funded enterprises for their investment in China;
Handling many cases of social influence and acquiring the skills and enjoying rich experience in dealing with complex commercial arbitration, litigation, or dispute resolution.
