- Intellectual property: handling a lot of influential cases at home and abroad in the field of commercial secrets, patents, unfair competition etc., including representing a large chemical group in Jiangsu Province for the infringement of commercial secrets against BP Chemical Co., Ltd., representing a well-known Jiangsu cosmetic company in the infringement of commercial secrets against a large high-tech group, representing a Jiangsu car parts company in the infringement of commercial secrets against a domestic well-known car company and representing a Taiwan enterprise in the infringement of commercial secrets against United States company;
- Foreign-related dispute solution: handling a large number of Chinese enterprises’ overseas litigation and arbitration cases and drawing extensive appraise in the field, such as responding to 337 investigation for domestic enterprises before U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the contract dispute of a domestic automobile enterprise in U.S. Federal Court & Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, the guarantee dispute of a large domestic bank in London Arbitration Center; and enjoying extensive experience in the jurisdiction disputes and foreign executive procedures;
- Company law: dealing with lots of litigation and non-litigation cases concerning treated a lot on establishment of the company, payment of shareholders, formation and modification of company contracts and policies, shareholder rights and obligations and the transfer of equity, including the equity acquisition of Changzhou Hotel etc.; also acting as the perennial legal counsel for dozens of companies, including a large optical chip company, and a world-known supermarket;
- Real estate: enjoying a high level of professional knowledge in the bidding, the drafting of the contract, transfer and acceptance of the right to the use of the land and other businesses in real estate development projects; and successfully handling the construction project contract dispute involving over RMB 10 million between a large-scale private construction enterprise group and a hotel, and the equity dispute due to the real estate disputes between a foreign real estate company and two Shanghai real estate development companies.
