Representing dozens of insurance agencies or companies in insurance disputes, including Beijing Insurance Association, Beijing Insurance Institute, Eastern Life, China Life Beijing Branch, China Insurance Regulatory Commission Beijing Bureau;
Offering legal service in litigation and non-litigation cases to many banks, including Agriculture Bank of China (HQ), China Construction Bank Beijing Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Beijing Branch, Bank of Communication Beijing Branch, China Merchants Bank Beijing Branch, China Orient Asset Management Corporation Beijing Office and China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation Beijing Office;
Advising Air China in negotiation with foreign airline companies, drafting flight number sharing agreement with domestic and foreign airlines companies and resolving many disputes, which drawing considerable praises from the client;
Acting as perennial counsel to and offering legal service in M&A, restructuring, property transfer, overseas investment and equity incentive plan to Zhongguancun Finance Group, Sunshine Duty Free, Beijing Yichangfeng Commerce Co., Ltd. and Zhongguancun Venture Investment Development Co., Ltd.;
Advising several companies in respective bankrupt proceedings.
