Offering legal service to many insurance companies, including China Life and its Beijing Branch and PICC Beijing Branch;
Offering legal service to China Insurance Regulatory Commission Beijing Bureau, Beijing Insurance Association and Beijing Insurance Institute;
Advising BOC, CCB, Bank of Communication, Bank of Beijing and China Orient Asset Management Corporation in their respective claims for non-performance loan, creditors’ right in bankruptcy cases and exam of personal mortgage;
Offering legal service in various cases, including China Machinery Industry Supply & Marketing Company’s property dispute, China National Machinery Industry Corporation’s property transfer, City Administration and Environment Committee of Fangshan District, Beijing in its BOT case;
Representing China Far East International Trading Corporation, an affiliation of PICC Beijing Branch and Zhangjiagang Zhongdong Petrochemical in their respective litigation cases or arbitration cases.
